A simple snack from the Puglia region of Italy

You simply toast a slice of Italian bread, then cut cherry tomatoes in half and smear the seeds and juice over the slices. Once you have covered the bread slices in tomato juices you pour olive oil over the top and allow it to soak slightly before eating.
